Bread unit
Kia ora, Two weeks ago, we started on bread unit. For our first task, we had to guess what type of bread was in the plastic bags, using our senses: Feel, see, touch, and smell. Then Mrs Campbell showed us will happen when you put yeast, sugar, and warm water together with the balloons.I learnt that oxygen goes in, and carbon dioxide comes out(Or the other way around). I also learnt that yeast apparently eats the sugar, then makes layers of it?, and foam.
